Penny Campaign
The Penny Campaign, Samaritan’s signature community event, has raised money to feed and house our neighbors in need for more than 25 years. From October to December, you’ll see penny jars in schools, churches and other locations collecting change, bills and checks. Collection Day, the first Saturday in December, brings together people from throughout the community to deliver their contributions, enjoy a variety of entertainment and remember those in need during the holidays.
